A Restful Night Art Print

Do you have a bedtime routine? I've read so much good stuff about having a bedtime routine and writing in a journal as part of the routine is supposed to help us with our sleep. I'm still working on having an effective bedtime routine but writing in my journal to end the night is something I'd like to incorporate!
