Hello, I’m CJ—a Hong Kong-based illustrator creating cozy art and charming designs that evoke warmth, comfort, and quiet joy. My work is rooted in whimsical storytelling and soft colour palettes, often inspired by East Asian visual culture, comforting details of ordinary days, and the nostalgia of growing up in the 90s and 2000s.

After years in the corporate world, I made the leap into full-time illustration—a journey that’s been both fulfilling and challenging. Drawing has become a way for me to capture fleeting moments of calm and emotional connection, and I’m continually exploring what it means to live gently and create with intention.

I primarily work with Procreate and Adobe Photoshop, blending digital techniques with a hand-drawn aesthetic.
