Are you shipping globally?

How much is shipping?

The price of shipping depends on your location and it is calculated during checkout after you have provided your shipping address.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days (unless stated otherwise).

Can I track my orders?

All international orders are sent via tracked shipping with Singapore Post and online tracking is available here.

When can I expect to receive my orders?

Orders within Singapore typically take 2 - 7 working days to be delivered.

International orders may take 2 - 8 weeks to be delivered. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances such as delays at customs, higher delivery traffic due to peak seasons, etc. that may delay your shipment. These circumstances are outside of my control and I will not be held liable for such delays.

Customs and Import Taxes

Your package may be subjected to custom charges upon arrival at your destination country. Declaration of value will be based on the order received. Recipients are responsible for any taxes, charges or fees that may incur at the destination country. I do not have control over these charges as policies vary by country. Delays or undelivered packages resulting from a default of payment of any prevailing taxes or charges will not be considered for any refunds. Import taxes are not the responsibility of this store, and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Can I return my order?

I do not accept returns, replacements, refunds, exchanges or cancellations once purchased. However, if there are any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me via email.

What do I do if I’ve received the wrong or damaged products?

I do my best to package your orders carefully and make sure that they are well protected before shipping. If it’s a mistake on my part, please contact me via email and I’ll be happy to send a replacement to you.

What do I do if my package is lost in the mail?

Please contact me via email with your tracking and order number and I will do my best to help. However, these circumstances are outside of my control and I will not be held liable for delayed or lost mail.
